WIP Wednesday - Work in Progress

yellow fabric cotton reel with quilting

The last time I posted my WIPs here was 11 January 2023. I did do a quick list at the start of this year but hadn't really come to grips with what there is!! So for accountability I am listing it here and hope that by the end of this year there will be far fewer projects on this list.

I really do want to get these projects finished or passed on and have set myself the goal that if a WIP has not been worked on during 2024 then it is time to move it on to someone else who will love and finish it. The other thing I am keeping in mind is to make from my stash and so WIPs will be finished using items from stash first but if I do need to something to complete a project then I will purchase it.

To be honest this list will be a work in progress in itself because there probably are a few more projects to be found!

To be found!

As you can see I have finished some of these (those highlighted). I was about to type 'already this year' but then realised that we are coming to the end of May and in fact 'this year' is already 5 months old! I really do hope to get a fair few of these projects finished this year and will share as I complete them along with any lessons I learnt or tips or techniques I used to do so.

Do you have a list of all your projects or do they stay out of mind until you come across one unexpectedly??!!
